This FLG screw classifier is used to classify sand and particle size in the pulp, with the help of desliming technique during the ore washing process to dewater. There are high weir type and submerged type. Spiral is single or double. Vanes are composed of equal one-fourth portions which are integral wear-resistant steel-cast vanes.
