1. Polyester fiber has high strength and elastic resilience, so it is firm and durable, wrinkle-resistant and ironing free. 

2, its light resistance is good, in addition to the acrylic poor, its sun resistance is better than natural fiber fabric, especially in the glass behind the sun resistance is very good, almost equal to the acrylic.

3. Polyester fabric has good chemical resistance, acid and alkali damage is not large, and it is not afraid of mold or moth.

It has many varieties, generally has good elasticity and extensibility, soft fabric, firm wrinkle resistance, wool type sense is strong, and easy to wash and dry. However, its moisture absorption is poor, the fabric is not crisp enough, and easy to loose, roll, chemical fiber fabric is easy to fuzz, pilling, hook wire. The main varieties are as follows:

1. Polyester yarn-dyed knitted fabric: The fabric has bright color, beautiful appearance, harmonious color matching, compact and thick texture, clear weave, strong sense of wool shape, similar to the style of wool fabric tweed. Mainly used for men and women's coat, suit, trench coat, vest, skirt, cotton-padded jacket fabric, children's wear, etc.

2. Polyester knitted labor fabric: This fabric is compact and thick, strong and wear-resistant, crisp and elastic. If the raw material is core-spun yarn containing spandex, it can be woven into elastic knitted denim with better elasticity. Trousers used chiefly for men's and women's jackets;

3, polyester knitted wick strip fabric: the fabric is concave and convex, feel thick and plump, good elasticity and heat preservation. Mainly used for men's and women's jackets, suits, trench coats, children's wear and other fabrics;

4, polyester cover cotton knitted fabric: the fabric dyed for shirts, jackets, sportswear fabric. The fabric is crisp and crease-resistant, firm and wear-resistant. It absorbs wet air on the close side and is soft and comfortable.

5. Artificial fur needle fabric: The fabric feels thick, soft and warm. According to the variety, it is mainly used for coat fabric, clothing lining, collar, hat and so on. Artificial fur is also made using the warp knitting method.

Warp knitted fabrics are divided into two categories: one is Raschel fabric, the main features are large flower shape, rough cloth, more holes, mainly decorative fabric; The other is tricot fabric, which has fine cover and few colors, but high yield. It has the advantages of good longitudinal stability, crisp fabric, small dispersion, no crimping, good air permeability and so on. But its lateral extension, elasticity and softness are not as good as weft knitted fabrics. The main categories are as follows:

1, polyester warp knitted fabric: the cloth surface is flat, bright color, thick and thin. Thin type is mainly used as shirt, skirt fabric; Medium and thick type, thick type can be used for men and women in clothing, windbreaker, jacket, suit, pants and other fabrics;

2, warp knitting fabric: mainly used for winter men and women's coat, trench coat, jacket, trousers and other fabrics, fabric drape good, easy to wash, fast drying, ironing, but in use electrostatic accumulation, easy to absorb dust;

3, warp knitted mesh fabric: mesh fabric is light, flexible and breathable, feel smooth and soft, mainly used as summer shirt fabric for men and women;
