I. Overview

Emulsified oil for hydraulic support: HFAE10-4 is the emulsified oil product developed by our company's technicians under the cooperation and guidance of relevant universities and experts. The product adopts advanced technological process, chooses ideal chemical raw materials, and organizes production with advanced production management procedures. It is an ideal mine emulsified oil. HFAE10-4 emulsion oil according to the standard emulsion, copper, steel, cast iron and other metals have good rust resistance, lubrication and stability. The product has stable quality, moderate viscosity, high flash point, good freeze-thaw resistance and water dispersion.

 

II. Product model

Emulsified oil HFAE10-4 for hydraulic support, where H represents: product type code; FAE: high water cut hydraulic fluid is emulsified type; 10 indicates: can be applied to water quality hardness of 10 mg equivalent /l or less (500mg/l); 4 means: match into 4% (mass ratio) concentration of emulsion.
